2012–13 Polish Cup is the 56th edition of the Polish Cup of men's volleyball tournament.
As a venue for final tournament was chosen Hala Widowiskowo-Sportowa in Częstochowa. ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle achieved their fourth trophy in history of club.[1]
