The 2016 Atlantic 10 Conference men's soccer season was the 21st season of men's varsity soccer in the conference.^[1]

The George Washington Colonials and Dayton Flyers are the defending regular season and tournament champions, respectively.

On July 28, 2016, Rob Irvine was hired as the head coach for La Salle.^[2]
