The 2016 Atlantic 10 Conference men's soccer season was the 21st season of men's varsity soccer in the conference.[1]
The George Washington Colonials and Dayton Flyers are the defending regular season and tournament champions, respectively.

- On July 28, 2016, Rob Irvine was hired as the head coach for La Salle.[2]
