The 2016 Elon Phoenix men's soccer team represented Elon University during the 2016 NCAA Division I men's soccer season. It was the 45th season of the university fielding a program, and the 14th season in NCAA Division I competition. Head coach Chris Little, formerly of the Carolina Dynamo of the Premier Development League, began his third season in charge of the Elon team.
