Abronia matudai is a species of endangered arboreal alligator lizard described in 1946 by Hartweg and Tihen.
Etymology
The specific name, matudai, is in honor of Eizi Matuda, a Japanese-born Mexican botanist.[3]
Geographic range
A. matudai is native to Guatemala and Mexico.
