Ali Moftah Said Elkekli (born 4 September 1989) is a Libyan male weightlifter, competing in the 85 kg category and representing Libya at international competitions. He competed at world championships, most recently at the 2014 World Weightlifting Championships.[1] He qualified for the 2012 Summer Olympics but did not compete.
He was caught and sanctioned for using the forbidden substance Stanozolol.[2]
