Amy Kwan Dict Weng (born 1 February 1995 in Selangor) is a Malaysian rhythmic gymnast. She was part of the Malaysian team to win the bronze medal in the women's rhythmic team all-around event at the 2014 Commonwealth Games. Kwan compete in Individual All-Around at 2015 Summer Universiade and finished in 20th place.
