Amy Ella Satterthwaite (born 7 October 1986) is a New Zealand cricketer.[1] She was born in Christchurch, Canterbury and plays for Canterbury Women as a left-handed batsman and right arm medium pace bowler.
Up to the end of October 2006, Satterthwaite had played 31 State League matches for "Canterbury Magicians" and played for New Zealand A against the White Ferns and India in 2006. She has played 8 One Day Internationals for New Zealand and 3 Twenty20 International matches. Although a specialist batsman, her best international performance came with the ball, taking 6 for 17 against England at Taunton in August 2007.
During Pakistan women's tour to New Zealand in November 2016, Satterthwaite became the first woman to score a century in three consecutive innings in ODIs.[2]
