Anatoliy Kostiantynovych Holubchenko (Ukrainian: Анатолій Костянтинович Голубченко) (born 6 June 1950, in Zhdanov, Ukraine), is a Ukrainian politician. From 14 December 2013 to 25 January 2014, he was a temporary acting head of the Kiev City State Administration.
