Aqqum (also known as Tyshkanbay[1] (Russian: Тышканбай, Tyshkanbay, Kazakh: Аққұм, Aqqum, اققۇم)) is a town in Aktobe Region, west Kazakhstan. It lies at an altitude of 175 m (574 ft).[1]
