Aykhan Abbasov (Azerbaijani: Ayxan Abbasov; born 25 August 1981) is a professional footballer from Azerbaijan. He debuted for the national team in 2006. Abbasov started his career in Shafa FC, then moved to FK MKT-Araz, Inter Baku, and currently to FK Karabakh whom he joined in 2008.
