Bailey Morgan Rogers (born 16 March 1991) is a New Zealand female weightlifter, competing in the 75 kg category and representing New Zealand at international competitions. She participated at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in the 75 kg event.[1] She finished third in the snatch at the 2016 Oceania Weightlifting Championships after lifting 86 kg. This was a new New Zealand records in Olympic weightlifting, and her total of 192 kg was also a new national record.
