Bilmak Raion (Ukrainian: Більмацький район), until May 2016 Kuibysheve Raion (Ukrainian: Куйбишевський район), is one of the 20 raions (districts) of Zaporizhia Oblast in southern Ukraine. The administrative center of the region is the urban-type settlement of Bilmak. Population: 23,354 (2013 est.)[1].
On 21 May 2016, Verkhovna Rada adopted decision to rename Kuibysheve Raion to Bilmak Raion and Kuibysheve to Bilmak according to the law prohibiting names of Communist origin.[2]
