Biy-Myrza (Kyrgyz: Бий-Мырза, Biy-Mırza/Biý-Myrza, بىي-مىرزا; formerly Imeni Telmana) is a village in Kara-Kulja District of Osh Region of Kyrgyzstan. The village is a birthplace of the current governor of Osh Region Sooronbay Jeenbekov and the Speaker of the 5th Supreme Council Asylbek Jêênbekov.
