Calatola is a genus of flowering plants in the family Metteniusaceae. It was formerly placed in the family Icacinaceae.[1] Its range is from Mexico to Ecuador. There are about seven species.[2] The type species is Calatola mollis. Calatola columbiana is endemic to Colombia.
