Cecil C. Brown (born June 22, 1944) is an American politician. He is a member of the Mississippi House of Representatives from the 66th District, being first elected in 1999. He is a member of the Democratic party.[1] He was elected to the Mississippi Public Service Commission in 2015.[2]
