Ceri Hughes (born 26 February 1971 in Pontypridd, Wales) is a former Welsh football midfielder. His clubs included Luton Town, for which he played for 8 years, Wimbledon (where he scored once against Barnsley),[2] Portsmouth (where he scored on his debut against Stockport County)[3] and, lastly, Cardiff City where he made no first team appearances. He won 8 caps for the Welsh national team, without scoring.
