Charles Stagg Rogers was an American college football head coach who was Delaware football program's sixteenth head coach. He led them to a 12–9–4 overall record in three seasons. Prior to his college coaching career, Rogers played football while attending the University of Pennsylvania. He was a member of the 1926 College Football All-America Team.
After graduation, he played in the National Football League for the Frankford Yellow Jackets from 1927 until 1929. He served the team as a player-coach during their 1927 season.
