China is a municipality in the Mexican state of Nuevo León. China is approximately 60 miles northeast of Monterrey. Population is approximately 10,000. The Area is known for its award-winning cattle. Local cuisine includes cabrito (little goat), and carne seca (dry meat) with egg.
