Chionobathyscus dewitti, is a species of crocodile icefish native to the Southern Ocean, where it occurs at depths of 500 to 2,000 metres (1,600 to 6,600 ft). The species, which grows to a length of 60 centimetres (24 in) TL, is the only known member of its genus.[1]
