The Civic Democratic Party (ODS) leadership election of 2010 was a part of party's congress. It was held after party's unexpected victory in legislative election. Petr Nečas was only candidate in the election.[1]
617 Delegates were allowed to vote. 601 votes wre valid. Nečas received 538 votes and thus was elected.[2]
