Clarence "Clancy" Williams (September 24, 1942-September 21, 1986) was an American football defensive back who played eight seasons in the NFL.
He spent his entire pro career with the Los Angeles Rams, as a starting cornerback, and wore #24. He died of cancer in 1986.
