Daryl Anthony Sconiers is a former Major League Baseball first baseman. He played all or part of five seasons in the major leagues between 1981 and 1985, all with the California Angels.[1]
In 1985, Sconiers admitted to having a substance abuse problem after missing a portion of spring training.[2] He was let go after the season, but never played in the major leagues again, although he continued to play in the minor leagues until 1991.
