Dhamaura is a village development committee in Mahottari District in the Janakpur Zone of south-eastern Nepal. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 9221 people living in 1712 individual households.[1]
There is a village development community office too in which Mr.Ram vinay pandey (2015-present) works as VDC secretriat ,Lameshwor mandal as secretiate P.A and laxmi mandal as VDC helper.
