Diasemiodes janassialis is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Walker in 1859.[1] It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from Maryland to Florida and west to Texas.
The wingspan is about 15 mm.[2] The wings are black with white lines. There is a small white patch about halfway along the forewing near the inner margin. The hindwings have a white diagonal band projecting from the costa toward the middle of the outer margin. The median and basal bands are white.[3]
