Kostychany (Ukrainian: Костичани, Romanian: Costiceni) is a commune in the Chernivtsi Oblast (province) of western Ukraine. It is located in the Novoselytsia Raion (district). The commune is composed of three villages: Dumeny (Думени; Dumeni), Kostychany and Novoivankivtsi (Новоіванківці; Vancicăuții Mici). Kostychany village is first officially attested in a document dated 1619.
