Epsilon Sagittae (Epsilon Sge, ε Sagittae, ε Sge) is a multiple star system in the constellation of Sagitta, with an apparent magnitude of +5.67. The primary component is a yellow G-type giant. It is approximately 473 light years from Earth.
Epsilon Sagittae projected Galactic orbit carries it between 20,400 and 25,300 light years from the center of the Galaxy.[1]
Epsilon Sagittae will come closest to the Sun 3.6 million years from now when it will brighten to magnitude 3.70 from a distance of 193 light years.[1]
