Ernest Linton Button[1] was a New Zealand rugby league player who represented his country.
Playing career
Originally a rugby union player, Button represented Canterbury.[2]
Button switched codes and played for City in the Canterbury Rugby League in 1914.[2] During that season he represented Canterbury and was selected to play for New Zealand in a Test match against the Great Britain Lions. Button later joined Linwood.[2]
