Esil (Russian: Есиль) is a town in northern-central Kazakhstan. It is the seat of Esil District in Akmola Region. It is located on the right bank of the Ishim River. Population: 11,551 (2009 Census results);^[1]13,096 (1999 Census results).^[1]
