Ethan Prow (born November 17, 1992) is an American professional ice hockey defenseman currently playing with the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins of the American Hockey League (AHL) as a prospect to the Pittsburgh Penguins of the National Hockey League (NHL).
Playing career
Prow played college hockey at St. Cloud State from 2012–2016. In 2015–16, Prow was a finalist for the Hobey Baker Award, marking him as one of the ten best players in men's college hockey;[1] he was also named All-NCHC First Team and won the NCHC's Player of the Year, Defenseman of the Year, and Offensive Defenseman of the Year awards.[2]
He signed a two-year entry-level contract with the Pittsburgh Penguins on March 29, 2016.[3]
