Filaret Galchev (Russian: Филарет Гальчев; born 26 May 1963 in Tbilisi, Georgian Soviet Socialist Republic)[1][2] is a Russian businessman of Pontic Greek origin (Filaretos Kaltsidis), chairman of Eurocement group.
