Galeshewe is a township in Kimberley, South Africa, within the Sol Plaatje Local Municipality, Northern Cape Province, South Africa. It was named after Kgosi (Chief) Galeshewe.
The township has a population of ca. 107,920 people; half of the population of the Sol Plaatje Municipality lives in Galeshewe.
