Hikaru Phoebe Minato (born 25 June 1994) is a Guam women's international footballer who plays as a midfielder. She is a member of the Guam women's national football team. She was part of the team at the 2013 EAFF Women's East Asian Cup.[1] On club level she played for Paintco Lady Strykers in Guam.
