Teapacks at Helsinki
Israel's state broadcaster formed a committee of music experts to pick the artist to represent Israel. The committee selected Teapacks for Eurovision to be held in Helsinki.
On 27 February 2007, four songs competed and a combination between televoting and the choice of the IBA's Eurovision jury determined the song Teapacks will perform.
The controversial song "Push the Button" was selected.
Israel's entry finished twenty-fourth in the Eurovision Song Contest semi-finals, thus failing to qualify for the finals of the competition.
