Jamolice is a village and municipality (obec) in Znojmo District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 12.93 square kilometres (4.99 sq mi), and has a population of 454 (as at 3 July 2006).
Jamolice lies approximately 30 kilometres (19 mi) north-east of Znojmo, 30 km (19 mi) south-west of Brno, and 174 km (108 mi) south-east of Prague.
