Jana Hlaváčková (born 22 May 1981 in Plzeň[1]) is a retired Czech tennis player. She won a total of six ITF titles during her career in which she reached a doubles ranking high of world number 193.
Her younger sister, Andrea Hlaváčková, is also a tennis player.[1]
