Jangaon District Revenue divisions
Jangaon district is a district in the Indian state of Telangana. It was a part of the Warangal district and Nalgonda district prior to the re-organisation of districts in the state.[2]
Geography
The district is spread over an area of 2,187.50 square kilometres (844.60 sq mi).[3]
Demographics
As of 2011 Census of India, the district has a population of 582,457.[3]
Administrative divisions
The district will have two revenue divisions of Jangaon and Ghanpur (Station) are sub-divided into 13 mandals.[3][4] A. Sri Devasena is the present collector of the district.[5]
