James Austin Dillard (born December 21, 1938) was a Canadian football player who played for the Calgary Stampeders, Ottawa Rough Riders and Toronto Argonauts.[1] He played college football at Oklahoma State University–Stillwater. He is a member of the Oil Bowl Hall of Fame and works as an insurance agent.[2]
