Lloyd T. "Rosy" Harr was an American football player. He was the sixth head football coach at College of Emporia Fighting Presbies in Emporia, Kansas,[1] serving for the 1928 season. His team produced an undefeated record of 8–0 an was declared the champions[2] of the newly formed Central Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.[3]
