Mature Themes is an album by Ariel Pink's Haunted Graffiti, which was released on August 20, 2012 at 4AD. The lead single and closing track from the album is a cover of the Donnie and Joe Emerson song "Baby".[2] The song was met with positive reception from the music press, receiving a "Best New Track" by Pitchfork Media.[14] On July 9, "Only in My Dreams", another track from the album, was released for streaming and digital download, and the band announced a European tour in November-December 2012.[15][16] The song "Early Birds of Babylon" features Natalie Mering.[17]
The album was recognized as one of The 100 Best Albums of the Decade So Far, a list published by Pitchfork Media in August 2014.[18]
