Michael Peart is a judge of the Irish Court of Appeal since 2014. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1970. He was appointed as a Judge of the High Court in 2002.[1] He was the first Solicitor appointed to the High Court.[2] He is a bencher of the King's Inns.
