Michael Eric "Mike" Saipe (born September 10, 1973 in San Diego, California) is a former Major League Baseball player. Saipe played for the Colorado Rockies in the 1998 season. In two games, Saipe had a 0-1 record with a 10.80 ERA.
He batted and threw right-handed.
Saipe attended the University of San Diego, where he played college baseball for the Toreros from 1992-1994.[1] He was drafted by the Rockies in the 12th round of the 1994 Major League Baseball Draft.
