Neptis metanira, Holland’s Sailer, is a butterfly in the Nymphalidae family. It is found in Ghana, Nigeria, Cameroon, Gabon, the Republic of Congo and possibly the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda.[2] The habitat consists of forests.
