Padogobius is a genus of gobies native to fresh waters of southern Europe.[1]

There are currently two recognized species in this genus:[1]
- Padogobius bonelli (Bonaparte, 1846) (Padanian goby)
- Padogobius nigricans (Canestrini, 1867) (Arno goby)
