Pavel Khalturin (born 15 September 1983) is a Russian male water polo player. He is a member of the Russia men's national water polo team. He was a part of the team at the 2006 FINA Men's Water Polo World Cup and also at European Championships, including at the 2008 and 2010 Men's European Water Polo Championship.[1] On club level he played for Spartak Volgograd.
