Peggy M. Welch was a Democratic member of the Indiana House of Representatives, representing the 60th District from 1998 to 2012.
She is a native of Itawamba County, Mississippi who attended Terry Consolidated School in Terry, Mississippi (where her father Roger McDaniel was the principal) and is a graduate of Clinton High School in Clinton, Mississippi.
She is a nurse and educator who resides in Bloomington, Indiana.
