The Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA) is a municipal authority providing Public housing services in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.[1]
It is the fourth-largest housing authority in the United States and is the largest landlord in Pennsylvania.[2]
History
PHA was established in 1937. PHA houses about 81,000 people in the city of Philadelphia.
Board of Commissioner
It is governed by a Board of Commissioner. Currently Estelle Richman is the only Commissioner.
