Rai (The Greatest Gangster Ever) is an upcoming Indian, biographical film written and directed by Ram Gopal Varma, based on the life of former underworld syndicate, turned philanthropist, Muthappa Rai.[1][2] [3] The first look of the film was unveiled on May 1, 2016 in Bengaluru around 50,000 people of spectators, on the Birthday of Muthappa Rai.[4][5][6][7]
