Ray Harper (26 July 1900 – 10 March 1935) was an Australian rules footballer who played with St Kilda, Carlton and North Melbourne in the Victorian Football League (VFL).
Parker, a Brighton Grammar recruit, played for five years at St Kilda.[1]
He was cleared to Carlton for the 1924 VFL season, as he was working as a teacher in nearby Parkville.[2]
In 1925 he was part of North Melbourne's inaugural league season.[1]
