Rikako Kobayashi (小林里歌子, born 21 July 1997 in Hyōgo Prefecture) is a Japanese women's international footballer who plays as a forward. As a junior she was a member of the Japan women's national under-17 football team. She was part of the team at the 2014 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup.[1] On club level she played for Tokiwagi Gakuen HS in Japan. She became the Asian Young Footballer of the Year in 2015.
