Ruda-Huta [ˈruda ˈxuta] is a village in Chełm County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland, close to the border with Ukraine.[1] It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Ruda-Huta. It lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) north-east of Chełm and 70 km (43 mi) east of the regional capital Lublin.
The village has a population of 1,076.
